Cebora Welder 358 MIG SYNSTAR 250 M Single Phase Double Pulse
The Cebora Welder 358 SYNSTAR 250 M is a single-phase (230V 50/60 Hz +15%/-20%) inverter power source for MIG/MAG welding with a 4-roller Cebora wire feed unit.
Features
Aluminium 4-roller wire feed unit (Ø 30 mm)
In addition, it has a power source transportation trolley, ground lead (3m-25 mm2) and clamp.
It offers 43 synergic curves for Solid wire ( Ø 0,6/0,8/0,9/1,0 /1,2 mm) and flux-cored (Ø 0,9 mm), allowing for welding with or without shielding gas by simply inverting polarity.
Pulse function upgrade [Art. 238],which allows to activate synergic curves dedicated to solid, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and CuSi3. It has got more than 80 welding programs
Double current level function upgrade[Art. 813], The Double Pulse function can be achieved by enabling the Pulse upgrade
The LCD Display shows in real time the machine set up and allows the operator to read wire and gas type, current and thickness, voltage and wire speed
The power source has adjustable functions accessible from the panel for:
Arc Length, 2/4 strokes, Spot Time, Pause Time, Inductance, Burn Back, Soft Start etc – SHORT or PULSE process
Three important specific functions dedicated to an optimal aluminum welding (3 levels, Automatic Hot Start, Automatic Crater Filler)
Also, it includes Euro connector for using a standard MIG torch or the Cebora Push-Pull 2003.
It is possible to work with two different types of coils: Ø 200 mm or Ø 300 mm
