Domestic Delivery Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will be contacted if there will be a significant delay of the shipment of your order.
Backorders
We do not ship incomplete orders. Gasrep will email with details of the backorder and an estimate of delivery time.
Backordered products will arrive in stock in 3-5 business days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We use multiple couriers to keep costs down and customers are given a choice depending on their locations at the checkout. The cost and estimated time will be shown before purchase.
Couriers: Australia Post, Fastway, Star Track Express and TNT.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Shipping confirmation will be provided via email. A tracking number is available upon request.
Damages
Gasrep is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, alternatively contact us and we will assist you.
Please ensure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
You will need to contact us prior to ordering for international deliveries.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Gasrep is not responsible for any overseas customs and additional taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customers responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
