Your Return rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant laws
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns will be accepted provided that:

Exchanges
- The item is unopened, and in re-saleable condition
- The exterior of the package is free from damage or markings of any kind
- If exchanging for a higher priced item the difference is to be paid, and if exchanging for a lower priced item a refund of the difference will be provided Faulty, defective goods delivered or wrongly delivered goods (not what you ordered)
- Freight charges will be covered by Gasrep
- Options available: replacements, exchanges and refunds
Warranty returns & repairs
- The warranty period for an item is determined by the manufacturer
- Allow 30 days for an item to be inspected and returned by Gasrep and the manufacturer Any Other Return
- Change of mind returns will incur a 15% restocking fee
- Special circumstances refunds will be processed at Gasrep’s discretion
Return of Albee Cylinders
GasRep Services offers the deposit back to All Albee cylinders. The Albee cylinders must originally be purchased through GasRep Services and not another agent. You shall not return any cylinders to GasRep Services without obtaining prior authorisation from us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. No cylinders will be accepted if damaged or in need of parts or repairs.
