The Tigmaster 18CG01 gasket set suits WP17, WP18, and WP26 TIG torches fitted with a gas lens collet body. It sits between the gas lens setup and the cup, and it helps seal the assembly while stabilising gas flow.
This gasket creates a tight seal between the torch body and cup assembly. As a result, it helps prevent gas leaks and supports a more consistent shielding gas column. This improves weld protection and reduces turbulence at the weld pool.
The gasket fits common air-cooled and water-cooled torch setups in the WP17, WP18, and WP26 series. In addition, it works with gas lens configurations, which are widely used for better arc stability and improved shielding coverage.
By sealing the cup assembly correctly, the gasket helps maintain steady gas flow. Consequently, welders achieve better arc stability, cleaner welds, and reduced oxidation, especially on stainless steel and critical joints.
