The Tigmaster 45V25 gas lens improves shielding gas flow by converting turbulent gas into a smooth, laminar stream. As a result, it provides better weld protection, reduces atmospheric contamination, and helps produce cleaner TIG welds.
By delivering more consistent shielding around the tungsten and weld pool, the gas lens supports a stable arc and improved puddle control. Consequently, welders achieve cleaner weld appearance, reduced oxidation, and more consistent results on critical welds.
The 45V25 gas lens suits 1.6mm tungsten setups, making it ideal for light to medium-current TIG welding applications. Therefore, it performs exceptionally well on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, and thin-wall materials.
This gas lens fits standard WP17, WP18, and WP26 TIG torches. In addition, it integrates with compatible gas lens cups, collets, and consumables commonly used in professional TIG welding setups.
