Description

Tigmaster Collet 2.4mm (Standard) – Series 17, 18 & 26 (PK5) – 10N24

The Tigmaster 10N24 collet suits WP17, WP18, and WP26 TIG torches and holds a 2.4mm tungsten electrode securely in place during welding. It provides stable electrical contact and consistent electrode alignment for reliable TIG performance.

Secure Tungsten Grip for Stable Welding

The collet clamps the tungsten firmly inside the torch head. As a result, it prevents movement during welding, which helps maintain arc stability and consistent weld quality across long runs.

Consistent Electrical Conductivity

A properly seated collet ensures efficient current transfer from the torch body to the tungsten electrode. Consequently, it supports a stable arc, smoother starts, and improved weld control.

Fits Standard WP17 / WP18 / WP26 Torches

This 10N24 collet fits widely used TIG torch series 17, 18, and 26. In addition, it works with standard gas lens and non-gas lens setups, making it a versatile consumable for general TIG welding.

Designed for 2.4mm Tungsten Electrodes

The 2.4mm size suits medium-current TIG welding applications. Therefore, it works well on steel, stainless steel, and thicker material sections where higher heat input is required.

Pack of 5 for Workshop Efficiency

The PK5 pack provides multiple replacements for ongoing use. Furthermore, keeping spare collets on hand reduces downtime during torch maintenance or consumable changes.

Durable Copper Alloy Construction

The collet uses high-conductivity copper alloy to maintain strong electrical performance and heat resistance. As a result, it delivers long service life under normal TIG welding conditions.

Common TIG Torch Consumable

Collets wear over time due to heat cycling and repeated tightening. Therefore, regular replacement helps maintain consistent tungsten grip and stable arc performance.
