The IWWS TIG Pen (part number TP) is a manual TIG filler wire feeder designed to improve control and consistency when feeding TIG rod into the weld pool.
It holds and advances filler wire through a small feed mechanism in the body of the tool. You roll the internal wheel with your finger to push the wire forward at a controlled rate, instead of feeding it freehand.
