The WIA Weldarc 185 is a compact inverter welder designed for Stick (MMA) and DC Lift TIG welding. As a result, it provides reliable performance for fabrication, maintenance, construction, farming, and repair work while remaining light enough for easy transport.

185 Amp Welding Output

The Weldarc 185 delivers up to 185 amps of welding output, making it suitable for welding mild steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. Consequently, it can handle electrodes from 2.0mm to 4.0mm and weld steel up to approximately 10mm thick in a single pass.

DC Lift TIG Capability

The integrated DC Lift TIG function provides smooth arc starting without contaminating the tungsten electrode. Therefore, the machine is ideal for users who require both high-quality Stick welding and precision DC TIG welding using an optional TIG torch.
