The SMARTOP is equipped with an on/off lever that can be easily accessed in an emergency. It also has integrated flow limitation and a check valve. The tops are equipped with standard fittings to connect any regulator. Air Liquide also have the ALLTOP option, with the cylinder having an inbuilt regulator.
